Metri-Pack is a family of electrical connection systems that utilize internationally standardized male blade sizes (series) allowing for flexibility in design. It has 5 different blade widths and capacities ranging from 14 to 60amps. Sealed Metri-Pack can be used in applications requiring more than the 20-amp capacity provided with Weather Pack.

Metri-Pack represents Packard’s second-generation modular connector. Like Packard 56, Metri-Pack is available in more applications than inline. Pretty much all GM electrical components from the ’90s onward feature Metri-Pack connections. Metri-Pack Connector provides high-current density in a small and compact design, offers an excellent resistance to temperature, chemicals, and abrasion so that widely used in automotive, marine, and agricultural applications. The famous are 150 series and 280 series.

150 Series
Metri-Pack 150 Connectors feature current capabilities from 0A to 14A and an operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°. They are designed to meet or exceed the requirements for most marine, appliance, and industrial control applications. The 150 series is also ideal for applications with limited space.
150.2 Pull-to-seat Series
Metri-Pack 150 “pull to seat” (P2S) wiring connector plugs used for connections to air temperature, throttle position, oil pressure switches etc. Feed cable through the seal of the housing then crimp the terminal to the cable. Pull the cable and terminal into the housing from the back of the housing.
280 Series
Because of their excellent resistance to temperature, chemicals, and abrasions, Metri-Pack 280 connectors may be used in under-hood automotive applications as well as most marine, off-road, and agricultural applications.
480 Series
These sealed 480 connectors are well suited for the rigorous demands of under-hood vehicle, marine, and industrial applications. TPAs and a triple-rib silicone coated cable seals, you can be confident that these terminals are secure and protected. Rated up to 42 amps, they perform in temperatures as low as -40°F (-40°C) and as high as 257°F (125°C).
630 Series
